Your pre-teens and teens are going to love this 3-day camp where they will be making one of their own 6-inch "Works" cakes from start to finish with a fun Christmas in July theme! We will learn basic kitchen safety, learn how to properly fill and ice a cake, make our own chocolate ganache drip, fill macarons, make peppermint bark, meringues and chocolate covered oreos as well as decoating the final product. Please chose between Birthday Cake (with Christmas sprinkles) or Chocolate Cake as all cakes will be baked in advance. Choice of fillings will be our Sweet Cream (with Christmas sprinkles) or Cookies & Cream. Children must have completed 6th through 11th grade to participate. Please let us know in advance of any food allergies.
